    • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during major sale events may require additional processing time.

    4. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–10 business days

    ReachMyDoor.in shall not be responsible for:

    • Incorrect delivery addresses

    Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.


    7. Delivery Attempts

    Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

    If delivery cannot be completed due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    • Failure to respond to courier communications

    the shipment may be returned to us.

    Any re-shipment request may incur additional shipping charges.


    8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

    While we work with reliable logistics partners, ReachMyDoor.in cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

    If your shipment is:

    • Lost in transit

    • Marked delivered but not received

    • Damaged during transportation

    please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate the matter with the courier partner.

    Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


    RETURNS POLICY

    Return requests submitted after the return period may not be accepted.

    If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.


    6. Return Shipping Charges

    Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

    ReachMyDoor.in will bear return shipping costs.

    Customer Preference Returns

    • No longer required

    return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

    EXCHANGES
